Does Naperville Audi carry quality, major brand tires?
Yes, we carry most major brands of tires. We intentionally do not carry poor quality, no-name brands that some tire stores use as price leaders.

Why don't you carry some of the tire brands that are advertised at prices that seem too good to be true?
Experience has shown that some of these tires are inferior in ride quality and longevity. Ultimately, consumers who purchase these tires are disappointed. These tire brands include Sailun, Fuzion, and other private label tires available from wholesale clubs.

Do you offer rebates from major tire manufacturers that I have seen advertised?
Yes, in fact, Naperville Audi promotes these rebate offers when they are available. Many of these rebates and special offers will be found at our service counter as well as on our "Specials" pages on our website, www.NapervilleAudi.com/specials.aspx.

Does a road hazard warranty cost extra?
No. Our tires come with a 24 month road hazard warranty at no additional cost on all Audi winter, OEM, and OEM alternative tires. Additionally, if you buy a set of 4 tires, we include free tire rotations and repairs for the life of the tires.

What does the road hazard warranty cover and include?
The warranty covers the tire 100% for the first 12-month period.  Additionally, the road hazard warranty covers flat tire repair up to $20 per occurrence.

What if you don't have the tire I want in stock? Can you get it for me?
Yes! We can usually get you the tire you need or want within 24 hours. If we don't have it in stock, we will get it for you.

What is TPMS?
TPMS, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, is an electronic system that alerts you with a dashboard indicator light when your car's tire pressure falls to the point of needing inflation.

What should I do if my tire pressure warning light is illuminated on my dashboard?
The light signals that one or more of your tires may have lost pressure. Our technicians can quickly inspect and diagnose the cause for the low pressure and reset the dashboard indicator light.

Why did my tires wear so quickly?
Premature tire wear may be caused by many factors other than tire rotation. Some examples are as follows: improper inflation, driving conditions, misaligned vehicles, worn vehicle parts, and many other reasons. Without physically inspecting the tires it is difficult to make a determination as to why your tires wore prematurely.

I only need two tires, should I put them on the front or the back?
When replacing only two tires on your vehicle, new tires should always be placed on the rear of the vehicle.

Do I need winter/snow tires? Can I just buy 2?
This is the most frequently asked question regarding winter tires. The answer is the same for every vehicle type, whether you drive a compact car or SUV. For traction, safety, and control a set of 4 winter tires is always the best option.

My vehicle has ABS brakes; does that eliminate the need for winter tires?
No, an ABS braking system prevents "locking up" the brakes by pulsing them as you apply pressure to the pedal. Remember that the tires on your vehicle supply the traction and help the ABS deliver faster stops. Tires built with better winter traction will improve overall braking performance on ice, snow, and cold roads.
